Far from your typical restaurant experience, dining at Ciel begins as a meal and ends as a party. Champagne, sparklers, dancers, and a variety of performers delight you as you dine, all centered around a DJ who keeps an uptempo rhythm to the evening.

Cultivate delight with a menu designed and perfected by Michelin star chef Joseph Geiskopf. Our sushi selection offers both classic and contemporary selections that emphasize fresh, bold ingredients. Our main dishes are fired with traditionally aged Japanese charcoal to produce a robust, umami rich flavor.
Chef Joseph Geiskopf
Chef Joseph’s culinary career stemmed from his childhood in the Napa Valley where picking mustard greens and grapes inspired a passion for fresh, local ingredients. With over 18 years of international Michelin experience, Chef Joseph has served landmark cuisine from Paris to Copenhaagan, and is proud to expand his craft in Houston. With a strong focus on fresh and sustainable seafood and favoring live fire cooking, Chef Joseph believes that ingredients should be prepared with components from the native land and sea from which they were harvested to reach their fullest flavors. As a result, his dishes establish a strong sense of place and ensure memorable dining experiences.
